1. You can NOT run any laser checks (either AP or PR) if the programs were
   compiled with the -B option.  If anyone still has the -B option on the
   laser check programs, remove the option and recompile them.  This will
   not be corrected because the code is valid and is necessary for the
   correct formatting of the duplicate stubs.

1. I assume you meant AR6402 since there is no AR6502.  Found that the
   xcall in AR6400.dbl to AR8300 was causing the NAMAST to get closed by
   the shutdown routine in AR8300, so I changed AR6400 to re-open the files
   after the xcall.
